Maximum Drawdown

Two floors: one fixed to the funded size, one that ratchets up with your peak

The prop rulesIntermediate

Entry drawdown is static: the funded size minus your plan's percentage, fixed for the life of the account — however high you climbed, reaching that floor is a breach. Peak drawdown is dynamic: it is built from your all-time equity high, and because the peak only ever ratchets up, the floor rises with you.

That difference is why a profitable account can still breach on an ordinary pullback: the peak floor locks in what you have made. We draw both floors on one equity curve so you can see which one is nearer at any moment.
